- Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced/refunded as soon as possible. UNCUT/UNPAUSED UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY.
- Please send us an email within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to replace it.
- Any acceptance of exchange is at company’s discretion. In case of exchange, customer will have to ship the products back to our warehouse in unused and unopened condition. Customer will have to bear the shipping of return as well as the exchanged product.
- Radhya Accessories DO NOT accept forced returns and these will be non-refundable.
- In case any item gets sold out after your order is confirmed, then we would be refunding only the amount of the item.
